our family enjoy too much all facilities are very good, all staff very good polite and smiling

We booked a Suite and its amazing very big with Kitchen and all kitchen items are available such a big apartment.

Outside area is not a good i mean if you want to walk or spend some time outside not up to the mark.

All staff (reception, housekeeping, guards) are very positive and helpful. The room is very spacious. The location is good. The swimming pool & gym is OK.

We paid for 2 nights same time of arrival to hotel After 2 nights we wanted to stay one night more One lady in receptionist I think her name Bushra called 2 times our room , you must pay today for third night While we didnot enough QTR cash that time , we wanted to pay rent of third night before check out , but she didnot want it It is better receptionist don't think only to money , guest isnot running far from hotel She must understand maybe geust has some problem that time but will pay before check out sure This kind of behavior and bothering and calling continuously to room isnot polite It means hotel don't trust to guests

So greatful for staff helpfulness and flexibility.

Very accomodating and helpful staff! We asked for an early check in and they were fantastic. Checked in 6 hours before usual check in time!

There was some water leaking in bathroom.

I spent a lovely visit I the hotel last Saturday. From the time I set foot into the reception , the staff were excellent. I ask had a back massage which was thoroughly enjoyable. I hope to make a repeat visit in the future.

Central location..Good staff.. Easy access to B ring, C ring, Corniche and Airport road.. Lot of low cost eateries, Laundry, Grocery shop at short walking distance from the hotel..

The properties in vicinity are worn out.. No view from hotel rooms.. The room furniture is bit dated..

Great valie for money, thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

The Suite has very spacious rooms, clean and tidy, Authentic Arabian theme throughout the hotel. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was decent with a good variety of foods. Location was great, situated only 10-15 minute drive from the Airport, Easy to get to Al souq which was a 4-5 minute taxi ride, Al corniche was also nearby, 20 minute to downtown or centre of Doha. I would stay here again if i return the Qatar for a holiday.

This couldn't be a 4 -star hotel by any standards!!!

1. The staff were really polite 2. We arrived at 7 a.m. and they were ok with this 3. They have free bus transfer to the airport

1. The room was dirty and there was some hair on the floor. 2. We didn't have any view as the only window was pointing to the next building wall literally 4-5 metres away. 3. Wi-Fi was pathetic. 4. The pictures on the site does not corresponding to the reality and it couldn't be a 4 -star hotel by any standards. 5. There are buildings around the hotel and it is quite noisy. 6. There wasn't equipment for cofee or tea.

SUPERB PLACE. ANY ONE CAN ENJOY STAYING HERE.

Superb place to stay. Sttaffs are very cooperative and always ready to help. We enjoyed our stay. Location is in heart of city. Traditional style of furnishing is too good. Overall very very good place to stay.

WIFI signal some times are too low though available. Need an improvement.

Great and comfortable stay for families - good value for money and good quality experie at the hotel

Clean hotel Friendly and very helpful staff Well located The free bus transfer shuttle from the Airport to the hotel and back The gym The swimming pool, however a shed or cover is required cause you cannot use it throughout the day - gets very hot.

The restaurant menu: no variety and prices a bit high

Very good bridge between airport and the city, though good also for longer stay I suppose

Very comfortable and cosy family apartment - two rooms instead of one large space. Quick and free airport pickup and lift. Didn't have a time to try the restaurant but the menu seems good also.

The pool could have sun screen, especially as it is open till 6PM only. And the maintenence of the water should be more carefull - someone before us left some very unpleasant surprise in it. The kitchen utensils in the room for four should be for four also, mean four cups, four spoons and so on.

Free airport shuttle bus. Good for stopover - you will need to go through immigration. Very friendly staff. Good selection of channels on TV. Very comfortable Unfortunately we got there too late to use the pool

Good value for money

The facilities was fine for the purpose we needed it for that was to have a couple of hours sleep in a 8 hour layover. The bed was comfortable and clean with some nice fresh fruit available. We can not comment on the rest of hotel as we didn't see the rest during our stay

The hotel is in the center of the older part of town. This did not bother us as we only slept there a couple of hours but if you need to stay there as part of a holiday i would chose a different newer part of town
